§ 8 Approval
According to the provisions of this law, the approval grants the exclusive right
- to detect, extract in a certain field (field of approval) the mineral resources described in the approval as well as other mineral resources and to acquire ownership of them
- to extract the mineral resources and to acquire ownership of them if these minerals are released when creating auxiliary constructions,
- to erect and operate the necessary installations according to § 2 sec 1 no. 3,
- to demand ground assignment.
